1. Warranty Disclaimer
Any warranties on the products sold are those provided solely by the manufacturer.
The Seller expressly disclaims all warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
The Seller neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume liability in connection with the sale of any product.
2. Special-Ordered Parts
No refunds will be issued for special-ordered parts.
Store credit will be provided only.
3. Installation Warranty
Lifetime warranty applies only to installation services performed by the Seller.
Parts are covered exclusively under the manufacturer’s warranty.
4. Warranty Voidance
Any tampering, modification, or unauthorized adjustment to our installation will fully void the installation warranty.
5. Deposits
All deposits are non-refundable.
Store credit may be issued in place of refunds, at the Seller’s discretion.
Important Notice on Authorized Dealers
When purchasing Audiotec Fischer products, please ensure that your dealer is listed on the official Audiotec Fischer website: Authorized Dealer List.
If a seller is not listed, they are not an AUTHORIZED DEALER. This includes Amazon, eBay, SHOP, Shopify, or any other “third-party” websites claiming to sell Helix, Match, or Brax products. Products offered at discounts or with coupon codes are also a clear indicator of unauthorized sales.
Why this matters:

Purchases from unauthorized sources may result in compromised product quality.

Manufacturer warranties will not apply to items purchased outside the authorized network.
At this time, the only authorized online dealer is Crutchfield. All other official partners are brick-and-mortar retailers, where proper consultation and professional installation can be provided.
